Wtn SoDak, LLC (“Wtn SoDak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, access, use, maintain, protect, and disclose information when you use the Wtn SoDak website at wtnsodak.com (the “Site”), the Wtn SoDak mobile application (the “App”), and related products, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with Wtn SoDak and which features you choose to use, we may collect the following types of information.
Personal Information You Provide
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including when you:
Subscribe to a newsletter or mailing list;
Complete a “Contact Us” form;
Create or use an account;
Participate in a sweepstakes, contest, promotion, or other activity;

Location Data
Our App may access, collect, process, and use Location Data from your mobile device when you grant the App permission to access your location.

Wtn SoDak may use third-party service providers to provide or support portions of our Services, including our mobile application, mapping and location functionality, analytics, notifications, communications, hosting, advertising, and other technical functions.
These providers may process information on our behalf when necessary to provide their services.
The Wtn SoDak App utilizes technology and services provided by Visit Widget LLC, which provides destination mapping, trip-planning, mobile application, analytics, proximity, and notification functionality.
Visit Widget may process information associated with your use of these features, including device information, identifiers, preferences, saved plans, and Location Data, in accordance with its privacy practices and its services provided to Wtn SoDak.
4. HOW WE SHARE OR DISCLOSE INFORMATION
Wtn SoDak does not sell or rent your personal information in the ordinary meaning of those terms.
We may disclose information to vendors, contractors, technology providers, and other service providers that assist us in operating the Site, App, and Services. These providers may receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
We may also disclose information:
When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
To law enforcement or government authorities when legally required;
When we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Wtn SoDak, our users, or others;

With your consent or at your direction.
5. LOCATION AND NOTIFICATION PERMISSIONS
Certain features of the App may request permission to access your device’s location or send push notifications.
Your mobile device’s operating system allows you to control these permissions.
You may generally change location permissions through your device’s Settings or Privacy & Security/Location Services settings. Depending on your operating system, you may be able to select options such as never allowing location access, allowing access only while using the App, or allowing more extensive access.
You may also disable push notifications through your device settings.
Changing these permissions may affect the availability or functionality of location-based and notification-based features.
6. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROL OF YOUR INFORMATION
Depending on the Services you use and applicable law, you may be able to review, update, correct, or delete information associated with your account.
You may also contact Wtn SoDak to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we maintain about you.
Certain information may remain temporarily in backups, browser caches, technical logs, or other systems after a deletion request where retention is necessary for security, legal, operational, or technical purposes.

Location access through your device settings;
Push notifications through your device settings;
Cookies through your browser settings;
Promotional emails through the unsubscribe link contained in those communications; and
Certain account information through available account settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction.
However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, website, or mobile application can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored through our Services.
8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Our Services may contain links to websites, businesses, attractions, ticket providers, social media platforms, maps, or other services operated by third parties.
Wtn SoDak does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, or policies.
When you leave our Services or interact directly with a third-party service, the collection and use of your information may be governed by that third party’s privacy policy and terms.
9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services are not intended to collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Continued use of the Services following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
